Spinbetter account security measures
Account security involves both protecting information already held and checking that account activity belongs to the right person. Spinbetter’s recorded measures cover data storage, privacy controls and identity verification.

That is a different safeguard from encryption: Spinbetter requires identity verification before withdrawals, while encryption protects stored information. The distinction matters because each measure addresses a different point in the account process.
How the protections work
These recorded controls have separate roles:
- Protected data storage: Personal information is kept in an encrypted, password-protected environment. The stated retention period is at least five years.
- Identity and source-of-funds checks: Verification is required before withdrawal. Document review may take up to 72 hours, and a video-verification result may take up to five business days. The submission deadline is 14 days. KYC and source-of-funds checks are associated with a threshold of 4,000 NAf.
- Supporting documents: Accepted records include a valid identity card or passport, a recent utility bill no more than three months old, a municipal tax bill, a bank statement from a reputable financial institution, or a photo of the player holding their ID.
Spinbetter also identifies third-party services for payment-data transfer, verification and credit reports, and says international personal-data transfers are possible. Its privacy information states GDPR compliance. Cookies require consent and include session-based, persistent, analytical and Flash cookies. These privacy and data-handling controls complement identity checks; they do not replace them.
